Nestled in a picturesque mountainous area, this quaint hotel boasts access to stunning hiking trails and lovely views from the balcony. The restaurant serves delightful breakfast and other meals, and the room is comfortable and clean.
The staff lacks professionalism and customer service. One bartender brewing cold tea and snapping at guests left a sour taste in the mouth.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was delightful. Enjoyed the snow-covered trails behind the hotel and the warm hospitality of the staff. Merry decorations and cozy atmosphere complemented the season. The complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider were a lovely surprise.
The room was a bit chilly despite the heater being on. The bedding was thin and didn't keep us very warm, so we had to use extra blankets.

We enjoyed the peaceful location and stunning views from our balcony. The woman at reception was friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel and the tasty breakfast were excellent. The hotel facilities were convenient and accessible. All the staff provided great service and personal attention to detail in the restaurant.

The hotel was very conveniently located near several hiking trails and parks, which made it easy to take breaks during a business trip. The rooms were also very spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything we needed during our stay.
Some of the staff members seemed a bit unpleasant and unprofessional, which was a bit off-putting during our stay. We also had some issues with the connectivity of the Wi-Fi, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us, as we needed to conduct some important business while on the trip. though, the hotel provided a nice and relaxing business trip experience.
